  • Refund & cancellations

At, We always try our level best to make your experience best with us & for the same reason we have a dedicated team of experts who check every single order before its shipment but still in 1% case if you get something wrong then we will do a full refund of your amount based on the conditions listed below:

  • You received an expired product;
  • You received a damaged item;
  • The ordered item is lost or damaged in transit.

8.1 We will do refund only if:-

1) Product to be returned is unused & is in its original condition.
2) It’s available with its original price tags, labels, and barcode. In the case of strips, only full unopened strips can be returned.

NOTE: Payment refund will only be made via the original payment method of your order. Please allow approx 2-3 working days for the credit to appear in your account. While we regret any inconvenience caused by this time frame, it is the bank’s policy that delays the refund timing and we have no control over that.

8.2 To Request a Refund:-

To request a refund, you need to simply call, mail or Whatsapp us your order number or contact number, including the reason why you’re requesting a refund.

8.3 Abroad refund policy:-

Abroad order’s packet has to go though the customs after the shipment so because of that few packets gets stuck in the custom sometimes which later affects the given order’s delivery timing, also in few cases custom destroys the order’s packet due to their own norms so in both of these cases if a customer asks for the order refund, then in that case we will talk to our concerned department & will refund the amount based on the discussion.

  • Order Cancellation:-

Here at Fitmade – Online Marketplace India, we totally depend on our vendors for the product arrangement because we do not have any own stock of the products with us. So, if the order cancellation request is received prior to the order being arranged from our vendor, a refund will be made after taking cancellation charge of Rs. 100 or 10%, whichever is higher. We take this cancellation charge as once arranged, vendors do not take these products back at their original purchase cost.


  1. Once the order is shipped there will be no order cancellation.
  2. If the order is shipped & still delivery doesn’t happen due to the absence of the customer at the given shipping address, then there will be no order cancellation or refund.
  3. Imported Products (Diet & Supplements):-

These are the products which we arrange by importing them directly from their companies which are located in abroad because in India, mostly these products are found at a very high price due to already included custom charges & Sales taxes, so to provide such products at their best reasonable price & without any Custom Charge or Sales tax, we import them directly from abroad for you.
